Call for entrepreneurs with business ideas
Idea Foundation has made an agreement with Strathmore University to offer students and graduates of Strathmore financial support in starting their own business. Idea Foundation welcome student entrepreneurs with innovative business ideas to submit business proposals for consideration to receive start-up capital. Idea Foundation will also work closely with the business Incubator hosted by @iLabAfrica.
Our mission is to support the creation of enduring entrepreneurship and business competence with high ethical standards. The projects funded shall create value and employment to the local community and hence create prosperity and inspiration to others.

Visit from StrathmoreDr. Monica Kerretts and Dr. Joseph Sevilla visit Oslo November 4th - 7th 2011

Arriving Friday evening from Copenhagen, Denmark we were delighted to welcome Monica and Joseph in Oslo. It became a very productive and useful week-end. We managed to outline the next steps for idea Foundation as well as visiting relevant Norwegian institutions like Fredskorpset and The Norwegian Business School BI.

Launching idea Foundation at Strathmore
Visiting Strathmore in 2011
Strathmore University and Business School will be the first institution to offer start up funds for students and graduates. The first discussions of the idea started in January 2011 so things have moved fast and we are delighted that we can now go live and start to communicate with the student community. The Foundation visited Strathmore in April and was warmly received by Joseph Sevilla, Emmanuel Kweyu and Luis Borallo.
